On Monday, October 21, car enthusiasts and community members will gather for the first annual "Blackout for Pink Car Show," an event dedicated to raising awareness for breast cancer.

The show kicks off at 5 p.m. in the main parking lot of Vespucci Beach located at 2606 Magelian Ave.

Participants are encouraged to showcase their vehicles adorned in pink to honor those affected by the disease.

Attendees are urged to arrive early to secure prime parking and take part in a parade of vehicles that will kick off the evening's festivities.

Community members are encouraged to wear pink to show solidarity and join in the effort to spread awareness.

The event is free to attend.
